ROOF AND GUTTERS CLEANED AND REPAIRED AT A REASONABLE COST AND IN A SHORT TIME. John's Gutters did an excellent job clearing moss from my roof and spraying it to prevent build up in the future. Dealing with Tanja in the office was easy and pleasant.

Goran did a verygood job, was efficient in repairing the gutters and cleaning them out and they cleaned up afterwards very well. Happy to recommend them as a team that works well with a minimum of fuss

John’s Gutters provided a very professional, reliable and friendly service. They attended two properties on three occasions in order to repair and clean guttering. They also undertook some building work. The work was completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail, whilst always pointing out any particular issues of relevance which they had noticed. Access to one of the broken gutters was difficult, and this was repaired without any needless expense or hassle. They always arrived punctually as agreed, and completed the work on schedule. I would highly recommend them and intend to use them again. Also, they are a very pleasant and trustworthy team.

Here is my review.

My parents needed a complete overhaul of their conservatory, guttering, clearing moss of the roof, painting and replacing rotten wood and this was carried out with great efficiency.

Tanya and Goran are extremely reliable and honest people who work very well as a team and their quotes were spot on. I would most definitely be using them again and highly recommend their service. First class. Thank you.

Very friendly and efficient professional service.

I ask Goran to take a look at my TV aerial while he was cleaning the gutters. He took a photo that showed that it was not horizontal and also photos of the fixing to the pvc bargeboard that was unsafe.

This was all in addition to his standard before and after photos of the gutters.

Will use again and happy to recommend

To whom it may concern……

Living in London in a tall house surrounded by trees we have constant issues with leaves. Johns Gutters have been fantastic in helping us maintain our house to the highest standard. They are very efficient, very tidy and very punctual very reliable.

Not only have they helped clean the gutters (some of them extremely high) they have also maintained them. They have also removed all the moss from our roof and regularly clean our conservatory.

No challenge is too much for them.

Goran and Tanya cleaned and painted our Fascia and Soffits, they were prompt, very hard working and did an exceptional job in only two days. They were friendly and professional and kept the site clean at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending Johns Gutters.

Another great job by John's Gutters. They cleared the moss from the roof and then cleared and cleaned all the gutters, sofits and downpipes. Goran and Tanja worked extremely hard and completed very professional work. They cleaned up everywhere and the roof and gutters were left sparkling clean. We have no hesitation in recommending John's Gutters, indeed we have booked John's Gutters to do further work for us!

Hi Goran and Tanya. Goran came out to us and emptied and cleaned the gutters out. He was punctual, clean and efficient. We had already had another quote to do the work but John's Gutters were cheaper. He identified a couple of maintenance items that required repair and we engaged his services for this. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company.

Goran has supplied and fitted gutters to my house and a number of outbuildings. He also carried out some work to the gutters on our large industrial unit and routine maintenance to our industrial unit roof and skylights. "Goran of Johns Gutters has recently completed work for us which included emptying and cleaning all our gutters, checking for leaks, cleaning and rubbing down the soffits, and finally giving the soffits two coats of paint. I am happy to recommend the work of John's Gutters. Goran arrived at the agreed time to give me an estimate for painting fascias and soffits and clearing gutters. He explained what he would need to do and gave me a price there and then which was followed up by a written estimate. The weather wasn't playing ball and twice we had to postpone the work from the scheduled date but Tanya in the office was very efficient, gave notice of the changed plans and worked hard to find alternative dates not too long after the original.

On the day, Goran and his colleague turned up on time at 8am and worked pretty solidly through the day until around 6pm. The quality of the work is good and they cleaned and tidied after themselves.

I can't fault the work they did or the customer service and I have no hesitation in recommending their work.

Are you looking for a tradesman who is punctual, honest and hardworking and, above all, competent? If so then John’s Gutters is the team for you.

I have used them for a couple of projects and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Firstly, they will turn up when they say they will or if there is a problem or a change they will always phone up and let you know and why.

The first time I used John’s Gutters we had left the actual date for the work vague. I got a telephone call from Tanya (the lady that runs the office) asking if it would be OK for them to come around at 17:00 (that is five 5p.m. to do the job ­(how many firms do you know that want to start work at five o’clock in the afternoon?).

As regards honesty, I thought that a section of my guttering needed replacing, as well as the rest cleaning out. John’s Gutters said that maybe it did but until they had cleaned out all the gutters and run some water tests they could not be sure and would not quote for that replacement work until they were sure it was necessary.

They could have said, “OK fine, we will replace the gutters”, and I would have paid for what, perhaps, I didn’t need.

Once on site John’s Guttering worked flat out (“Would you like some coffee and a biscuit?”. “ No thank you, must get on” ) and produced before and after photographs showing why the work needed to be done and proof that they had done it.

I could not fault their work ethic or the standard of their work.

In conversation the chap mentioned that they also did other external maintenance work, well my drive and front path really needed cleaning.

So how much then? He said a price we shook hands and that was that, the job was done, very nicely, within the timescale we had agreed.

I now understand that John’s Gutters also do interior decorating. I need some done. Want to guess who I will be calling?

A couple of other points, John’s Gutters provide proper receipts ­ this not some cash in hand fly-­by-­night, cowboy outfit.

However, after I did include a tip after the last job ­ to buy Tanya flowers, she did not get them (though the tip was acknowledged).

Be that as it may.

If you want something done around your house then I recommend John’s Gutters as a starting point and if they say they can do it then use them without hesitation.

Punctual, honest, hardworking and, above all, competent tradesman are in short supply.

Why would you want to use anyone who wasn’t?

It gives me real pleasure to be able to recommend Goran Feges from John's Gutters. He came to my house (perfectly on time and on the day we had initially arranged for) on 27/10/2015. I had had an increasing problem with damp ever since getting cavity wall insulation a couple of years ago, which has had a terrible impact on my already bad health, so this was really important to me.

First I'd like to say how nice it was to have someone so genuinely likeable come to my house - It makes a real difference to feel so secure when someone comes to your home. I immediately trusted him. The arrangements were simple and easy, courtesy of his lovely wife.

The job was completed quickly and efficiently. Having finished the clearing, he pointed out two places where there was damage to the gutters, and a problem with the guttering along my shed, which was at the wrong angle so that drainage could not happen as it should. I was apprehensive as it seemed like it would be difficult and time consuming to fix to me. I agreed to the extra work - i could see clearly that it needed doing once he pointed it out, and clearly it had been an issue for a while, and he was not asking for a great deal of extra money. I was pleasantly surprised when he finished the repairs again extremely quickly and with little fuss. Well worth the reasonable cost of the job. I am extra pleased as it has sorted out the mould problem, which has finally stopped growing!

I have made sure to keep hold of his card for any future work i may need doing.

He came on time and was very efficient at his task of cleaning the gutters for me.

He is a very polite man and good at his job. The gutters were cleaned to a very high standard.

Goran has worked for me during the last year on several occasions

I have always found him conscience and very hard working.

He is entirely reliable and honest.

He arrives when comes at the agreed times and stays to finish.

Brings all his tools and if necessary get parts if necessary.

He does other things for me too. LIKE THE PAINTING

Gives a verbal quote and receipt.
